I Have a Complaint: Fab.com

I ordered this record player from Fab.com for my boyfriend back in November to give to him as a gift. We just got bought a stand for it & finally got to try it out. The motor is shot. It plays so poorly, speeding up & slowing down. The turntable is also not level. I am beyond annoyed at Crosley & Fab.com for selling poorly made products. This item is also not eligible for return so I am just out that money. While I'm at it I'll also state what poor practice it is to ship an item in just it's original box for the whole world to see what is inside and then UPS just left it on my front step all day. This whole thing makes me want to not order from Fab.com again.

I just emailed my angry complaint to their support but I wanted to share it with everyone here as well.
