Last Minute Lovely Dress in Dots

It's true.  I was just minding my own business, scrolling through the ModCloth New Arrivals (as I do... a few times a week) when we locked eyes, like star-crossed lovers, and I was drawn to it.  It's stunning.  I adore a yellow dress, add the polka dots & the back detail, and we were clearly meant to be... that is, until it's evil price threw up a hugein my face.  Anything over $200 is mostly definitely out of my price range (heck, even $100 is a huge stretch on my budget).  So, alas, I will sadly pine away for this lovely...

I Have a Complaint: Vintage Clothing

Why is it that a large majority of vintage clothing I find on the interwebs come in XS or S?  Where are the larger sizes?  Mediums, hello??  Like this fabulous coat (found on Etsy from seller Lucky Vintage):

It's a XS/S.  This makes me quite sad because I love it.  :o(  haha

But seriously, were tiny people in the past just nicer to their clothing so that is all that lives on now?
